TMTL Awards

Each season since 2023, the Toronto Men’s Tennis League has been dedicated to honoring the exemplary performances and contributions of individual athletes who consistently set high standards for success, both in their personal performance and for the benefit of their respective teams.

Within our four divisions, the TMTL proudly distinguishes a "Most Outstanding Player" and a "Most Valuable Player" each season.

​

The "Most Outstanding Player" accolade is bestowed upon one exceptional player in each division who maintains the best overall record while competing at the highest average line throughout the season. This award is a testament to the outstanding statistical performance of an individual player within their division.

Conversely, the "Most Valuable Player" distinction is awarded to one player in each division who demonstrates the best overall record, irrespective of their line average, over the course of the season. This accolade is reserved for the player who exhibits the most impactful and statistically impressive season within their respective division.

Please note, players who are named as "Most Outstanding Player" are not elidable for the "Most Valuable Player Award".
